Question

have a fta because i did not appear to court on a driving on suspended license and shoplifting charge and got a supeonia in the mail today with rule pf absolute on it abd a new cpurt date what does this mean

Answer

The usual penalty for missing court dates tends to be jail. You also may face jail on your other charges. It is mind-boggling that you do not hire a lawyer and did not attend court. This does not go away, and unless you want to continue to dig a deeper hole for yourself, get a lawyer today.
