Child support in NJ. My pay was covering the full amount of the order. And they are taking the full 65%. My employer received a medical coverage request from Child Support. I don't make enough working 60 hours a week to cover the medical cost. My employer automatically enrolled me in Benefits for the order. But now, they are taking money from my support and using it to pay for my(kids) benefits, putting me in default and arrears. Can this be done?
