My son's mother is being forced to move and she is taking our son with her. I have no objection to the move itself, but she will now be well outside of the county in which we reside. In addition, she is supposed to give me at least sixty days notice, but she told me two weeks ago they will be moving at the end of the year.
Should I notify the courts of the impending move and will this affect the amount of support I pay?
