I terminated a babysitter for not properly caring for my son she has threatened take me to court to pay her for the days she did not care for my son and the days in my contract what do I do?
Answer
Continue to refuse to pay, if in fact you have credible proof that this sitter failed to comply with the terms of this contract (would
be my advice).
