My boyfriend had his arraignment for his first dwi (first offense) however he ran into an apartment building with his vehicle while intoxicated. Noone was hurt but the lady who's apartment was hit is claiming to be traumatized. They are requesting jail time for him. He has a good job and supports my son and this is his first offense. Will these things help his case or is he looking at a losing battle?
