Hi. I am currently living with my boyfriend and we have a 7 month old son. I want to go on vacation for a week or two to Mexico but my boyfriend won't allow me to take my son. Is there anything I can do? Would it be considered child kidnapping if I travel out of the country without my boyfriends permission to take my son with me?

You can not get a passport or take the child out of the country with his consent or a court order.
