Ok I never been in trouble at all I was outside playing with my 2 and 3 year old ir went in the house for a min came out and they was gone. They went 2 blocks down to the store.i was out running round found them and brought them back home before the cops showed up at my house. I had to see the majastrait and they gave me an offer of using my ARD 6 months probation and parenting classes is that sound fair or should I get an attorney

Take the ARD. Here if you have an attorney they might raise the cost of getting into ARD. With ARD even the arrest record goes away.
