I recently received a medical report from a University that contains multiple inaccurate statements. I've requested a revision and explanation for such inaccuracies, however have not received a response.

What legal action can I take to obtain this information?

You have no legal action you can take. Write to them explaining the in accuracies and ask for the report to be amended to correct them.
