Are Playcom 'I have not received my Playcom order' claims responded too automatically?

Are Playcom 'I have not received my Playcom order' claims responded too automatically?
The answer is "yes" - play's customer service is hopeless and their response is automatic and never followed up. They just create helpdesk tickets and nothing else happens. Our order of 6/12/2010 has never been delivered and now, 56 days later, we're still waiting for a refund. Incredibly bad service.
