I have shared custody of two children with my ex wife. And recently my current wife was charged with an enumerated offense in PA, terroristic threats, and my ex wife had an attorney get a court order stating that my current wife can not be present in our residence while I am exercising my Periods of custody. However, my wife had all her charges dismissed. How do I file to get that court order removed or dismissed?
