My current employer, a major retail chain, not only provided false information to a background investigator in regards to my attendance, but they violated company policy and Florida Law(if i researched correctly). They utilize stall tactics whenever I request to see my own attendance records and according to SEVERAL other employees this company has been negligent with their attendance as well. **This company says that they refresh attendance every 6months, which is also a concern seeing how I've yet to see any physical proof of the statements made against me.
