Question

my daughters father and I have a signed agreement with the courts stating that the other parent has to provide whereabouts about the minor child during reasonable times when with the other parent. If they go to eat I ask where they are going or where they went and all he will tell me is the city name. Is this ok per our agreement? Or should be answering my specific question. I know it may seem petty but I worry about where my child is ( 18 months old) when she is not with me cause her father is not an honest person and I worry where he takes her.

Answer

An interpretation issue is always for the Judge to decide. File a Motion for Clarification
