My husband just got a paper in the mail stating they issued a warrant for unpaid Back-Child Support and that he needs to pay all of the owed back child support right now. He has been at the same job for over two years, every week like clockwork they take a large chunk towards child support and then $20 for Back Child Support. Why would he receive this letter if he's paying?

He or his attorney need to contact child support and check their accounting. Sometimes mistakes are made. He also needs to check with his employer for the records that they sent the money to child support.
