Poutine is very, very popular in Montreal. Basically its french fried red potatoes, topped with squeaky fresh cheese curds, and a gravy. Scrumptious... There are many variations that add peas, smoked meats, or even Mexican peppers... Not for those on a diet...but so delicious...
