I'm Americancitizen.
I got married in India on January 30th, 2015. I would like to apply for my husband?
What do I do?
Answer
It depends on where your husband is located. If he's in the U.S., he may be able to adjust status. That's one type of filing and process. If he's outside the U.S., then he'll need to consular process and that begins with filing the I-130 visa petition and required evidence. If you'd like help with any of this, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We can do the heavy lifting for you and make either process as painless as possible.
Answer
If your husband is in the United States & had a lawful entry, then he can adjust status.

If he is still in India, then he will need to "consular process", which begins with you filing form I-130.
