my wife just found out that she has a warrant for her arrest and charged with F3 theft by unlawful taking movable prop and F3 receiving stolen property. what kind of jail time is she looking at if convicted? this all stems from returning a Budget truck rental late. She Has no past criminal record and this is york county pa.

The good news is a first offense will be expensive, costm fines, restitution. Not much incarceration. However, if the arrest warrant isn't executed in York County she could spend about 10 days in a the county prison of the county she's arrested before they take her to York and set bail.
