My soon to be exwife was evicted and served with garnisment papers they have also and and included me on these papers although i am not and have never been on the lease how do stop these people from taking money from MY bank account

File an Answer in the Eviction case, if there is still time. File an Objection to any garnishment they attempt to put on your wages or money. If you had a pending divorce haven when she signed the lease, and you or your children never lived in the rental property, you should succeed in getting out from under this debt. But, you have to be proactive in defending yourself and your assets. It will probably be more effective to have an attorney represent your interests.
