My wife and I will be getting a divorce. My question is will she be able to take any of my bonuses for re-enlisting that I will receive after the divorce is final. We have 4 kids together if that makes a difference.
Answer
If the bonuses were earned during the marriage, they may be marital property, and subject to division.
