I am on h4 visa eligible for an EAD under new rules effective May 26th 2015
I have quick question on question #16 of I-765 form.
I.e. What category should I fill in for h4 spouses eligible for EAD

Good question. I do not see that 8 CFR 274(a.12) has been amended yet to include this class (nor have the instructions to Form I-765 been amended to include this). I would leave it blank but make a note of it in your cover letter, or call USCIS (although I highly doubt they will be able to provide you with an adequate answer).
