Question

If a Superior Court Judge refuses to sign a Judgment of Dismissal Order (because the Judge is playing evasive games,,,, which.... is not unusual),,, can I give the proposed Judgment Order to the Supervising Judge or Presiding Justice of the (county) Superior Court? ,,,,,(every Superior Court, it seems, has their own Presiding Judge and a Supervising Judge, for each county).

Answer

Your course of action is probably to have the judge replaced with a contemporary and not go over his/her head. This would be a uphill battle. You would have to present valid reasons and proof to back them up. I have no idea why a judge would be evasive. Most judges have very heavy case loads and want to fairly and justly dispose of them as quickly as possible.
