if a tennant changes her bank account information and doesnt pay the rent and than skips out of the contract withouth notifiying the lanlord can the landlord track the tennant if she changes her bank account information? And if the tennant changes her cell phone number?

To track the tenant down you'll need her social security number. Did you get references? Can you get any info from them?
