My friend is being held in a purge bond for 900 back child support she can't pay it because she can't work she tried to get disability and was denied.Her diabetes keeps her so sick she can't get out of bed what can possibly be done to get her out of jail

Obviously you've helped her retain counsel. Right? If she unable (rather than unwilling to sacrifice in other areas in order to support her children) the lawyer can seek a modification of the Support obligation, or get her on a payment plan.
