Question

I hit some rocks with my lawnmower which the neighbor had pushed onto my lawn during the winter with his snowplow. The rocks were not in my lawn last year. While mowing, I inadvertently ran over the rocks and allegedly, according to my neighbor broke his truck passenger window. Am I responsible for this? My insurance company says no.

Answer

Save yourself some aggravation and neighbor problems by just letting your insurance company handle this. If the neighbor sues, they will defend it, or settle if that is a less expensive option.
