I am planning to move out of state next month with my kids to better our lives. I spoke to my daughter's father about it and now he wants to go to court. We were never married, we have never gone to court to establish custody and my daughter is 12 yrs old. We all live in the same town and he sees his daughter maybe once every 2 months. What should I do
