i am trying to find out who owns a mobile home that has been forclosed on. I was under the assumption that it was land and the home. The real estate agent said that I would need to sign a hold harmless agreement upon purchase. When I asked what that was he said that it was for the land that they didn't know who held the title for the mobile home. How do I go about gettting that?
