I don't want my 2yr old around her mothers boyfriend. Her family and friends are concerned of her safety and brought it to my attention. He is an alchoholic and uses pills is it possible to get something against him so my daughter cannot be around him. We have nothing through the courts as of now dealing with custody I just don't want him around her and something bad to happen.

You would need to talk to an attorney about filing a petition with the court that the visitation can not be with this person.
