After a person is released on 10% bail, appears at all hearings, accepts a plea, in Pennsylvania, Bucks Co. When is bail released back to whomever posted the money? What is deducted?
Answer
Bail is returned about 30 days after the sentencing. I believe 10% or so is deducted. You could also elect to pay the fines/court costs from the bail and have the difference returned.
