My ex husband withheld divorce court date papers from me. Since i didnt know what day court was he showed up and i was in default. He got everything. I didnt even know i was divorced until 6 mos after the fact. Can i take him back to court or to small claims to get items that are mine?

You need to consult with an attorney asap.The court will not set the judgment dissolving the marriage, but should set aside the division of the community property.
