my landlord started an eviction on me but she never served me with a 30/60 day to vacate. She also put most of my belongings on the porch, changed the locks (the police told me to remove them as that was illegal) and she took out the air conditoner leaving a big whole in the wall. Am i going to be evicted by the courts?
