Question

"Situation: A church located within a residential area, but on property zoned for commercial property. They have always had the drive that is part of our street and goes through their property and ends up onto another street open for traffic. They have since blocked the entrance to their "private property drive". Can they legally do this, especially since it connects two streets with one of the streets basically turning into thier drive.

Answer

Answer: Probably, but it would take review of the relevant records and probably a visit to the property to give you a definitive answer.
