I am a resident of Georgia. My spouse now resides in Maryland. I mailed to her a certified/return receipt original document signed and notarized by me requiring her notarized signature on the waiver of venue (Giving the Georgia Court jurisdiction). She signed for the documents; however, refuses to sign the waiver. What recourse do I have?

Your recourse is to get a lawyer. You have no clue what you are doing. You cannot make a non-Georgia resident submit to jurisdiction. You cannot make someone sign. You have a contested case that you may need to file in Maryland and not Georgia depending on what relief you want. You may be able to file in Georgia in SOME cases if you waive some relief and do proper service. This is not something to do pro se.

You need to retain an attorney. Jurisdiction may be an issue depending on how long she has been out of state. I would not attempt this without an attorney.
