Did Radio Shack buy Radio 437?
Radio 437 was sold to the, at the time, expanding presence of Jefferson Hospital in the mid-1980s. As with most small independent electronic stores, Radio 437 was slowly loosing to big box electronics stores, such as RadioShack. I'm not sure what store front occupies the current storefront, but it was not directly purchased by Radio Shack.
