My daughter was born out of wedlock and I am now putting together paperwork to file for legitimation. I have been told in the past that one requirement for this is to include child support and custody arrangements in the filing. However, the mother and I are now happily married and are continuing to raise her together as we have since she was born. Given that we are legally married, am I still required to file financial and custodial arrangements with the court?
