What kind of medical practitioner would be qualified to become a witness to a false skin blunt object bruise/ abuse allegations from the opposing party?
Answer
Not enough information. Anybody can bruise themselves and claim you hit them and caused it, and this might be difficult to disprove even with an expert medical witness.
