I work for a Security company and I recently found out that an HR employee forged my name to a document that identifies me a the site. I am alarmed my signature was forged on a document such as this. Is there anything I can do about it because company is trying to brush the issue under the rug so to speak.

C Call the police. You can also the person for fraud, and perhaps the company for negligent hiring. Forgery is a m crime.
