You gave your phone number but she doesn't call you Is she loves you or not?
She might not and might. She might have forgotten or lost your number. If not she might be ignoring you.
 If she gave you her phone number or seemed really into you than maybe she just hasn't had any time to call back, but if at the time she seemed like ok get the heck out of here than that means she just was humoring you, but if this was your first meeting and she didnt seem wild about you than no she doesn't love you.
