can I get this sealed or expunged?

If both charges were part of a single case then you should be able to get the case sealed. It would also be necessary that you have never been adjudicated guilty for any other offense and never had anything else sealed or expunged.
Getting your case sealed can be extremely technical and it is very easy to be done incorrectly. I strongly recommend that you hire an attorney to handle it for you to make sure it is done right.
