What is a fax form?
A fax form is also called a fax cover sheet. The purpose of it is to let your receiver or the person/company you're faxing to know who you are and what your faxing to make sure they get everything they're supposed to. This is also to help separate faxes from one sender to another so the company who's receiving the fax knows when one fax ends and a new one begins.
