My Spouse abandoned me and my minor child 15 months ago. he moved from our home in NY to move to Pennsylvania. He is now in jail on drug charges in Pennsylvania, I have the money to begin the divorce process. How do expedite this to keep him away from us, he is dangerous and I do not know who he is involved with.
