I stole under 400 dollars from a store. Ihave a withheld adjudication that I pled no contest for stalking in 2007 (I texted someone to get my things back 13 times over 2 weeks, the person was a cop and had it in for me, regardless, it is on my record.) what punishment am I looking at?
