I'm being evicted. If the judge granted possession, if I leave a few things behind can the landlord charge me?
Answer
No, but the landlord can remove your property left behind to a storage
facility and after about 24 hours or so dispose of it as s/he sees fit (assuming
you fail to come and pick it up).
