Question

in texas, if you are arrested for a crime (class c felony), bond out, then later the case goes to a grand jury and they vote a true bill, will you be arrested a second time, even though you are still out on bond from the original arrest?

Answer

More than likely, yes, if they changed your charges.

You need to be asking your attorney these questions.
