If your landlord consents, you can stay indefinitely. If not, the landlord will likely file a Petition to have you evicted. They cannot just put your stuff out, or remove the doors, without exposing themselves to liability to yo. But, if they prevail in their case, your debt will be larger than it is now, and future potential landlords may use it to deny your application. If there is no legitimate reason for you to be forced out before your lease ends, you should consult directly with a civil practice attorney, in your address, very soon.
