Question

This is a custody, time sharing and child support case.

The parents were never married and live in two different states

The mother and child live in Florida the father in Georgia.

The child was born in Florida and has been a resident of Florida nine years.

Does Georgia have jurisdiction over the time sharing, child support, and the case

If the child has never lived in Georgia only the father??

Answer

Without reviewing documents any response must be very general. Georgia has no jurisdiction over mom or the child, except it may have jurisdiction to enforce an out of state Order.
