I took my son to his fathers for a weekend visitation for Easter now he will not speak to me and will not return or let me speak to my son. What can I do?
Answer
If you have a court order and he has violated it he may be in contempt. You can file with the family court. If no court order you should immediately file for emergency custody. in any case i would speak with a lawyer immediately.
