I was in an accident in Florida an got a no valid license ticket I have arraignment Wednesday should I plead guilty
Answer
No, do not plead guilty. If you plead guilty (or no contest) you are giving up the chance to challenge your case. Even if you did not have a valid license there may be technical defenses. Does the State have actual witnesses who can testify that they saw you driving? Did the police write a report that provides a proper "factual basis" which is required in order for the State to prosecute you. Might the State be willing to reduce or drop the charges if you obtain a license? These are all questions that will go unanswered if you plead guilty.
Instead, I suggest you invest in an attorney and fight the case. You will always be able to plead guilty later, but a not guilty plea for now will keep all options on the table for you.
