Public Records
Are the details such as specific offense and date of a sexual offender felony conviction available to the general public
Answer
Re: Public Records
Yes. Unless the case is sealed, which is not commonly done, all criminal convictions are a matter of public record, including the details which appear from the file or the transcripts.

Those details and many more, including a nice color photograph of the offender and last reported address, are available at the Colorado Convicted Sex Offender Site.
Google it, but like your mother used to say, wait at least 20 minutes after a meal.

Re: Public Records
NO.
There can be more information available ONLY if you ASSUME the offender: (a) is not a juvenile; (b)has registered as a sex offender; (c) was convicted; (d) was convicted in the U.S. and the state of Colorado. If you make all of these assumptions, then you can get access to a greaty deal of information. If not, then not. A blanket "yes" answer is not quite accurate.
