My name is Alain and i live in CA. i have had three prior points on my record, all accumulated in the last 12 months. Recently, i had a traffic camera take a picture of me while making a right on a red light. i got a notice to appear in the mail yesterday, and i am unsure if i should fight it. I do not i will receive my fourth point on my record and risk having my license suspended. What should i do?

Depending upon other factors you have nothing to lose by fighting it. You8 may want to consider hiring a lawyer to defend you. Perhaps you can go to traffic school to avoid the point.
