I had pleaded guilty to contempt - violate order and resisting in 2002 then in 2009 I filled for my expungment to have my record expunged I was rejected after I scheduled for hearing 002/118/2009 then I was told by the Salem county that I have to wait until 2016 I don't know what to do cause these charges is effect me to get a better job what should I do from now
