How do you speak at possible client?

How do you speak at possible client?
It's possible to speak very silently. But we can listen only the sound have above frequency of 20Hz.

=================================================

A possible client's eyes, first, see your attire. You should dress in business attire,
that's wrinkle-free. You'll be more effective and taken seriously.

Leave slang, street jargon, at the door.

Address a possible client by his/her surname, and not by a nick-name or
some version of the name. Take a look.

"Good morning, Mr. Jones."

"How are you today, Ms. Jones?"

Stick to business terms, but it's not necessary to talk about technical terms
unless for a specific reason.

The key to speaking with a possible client is looking, acting and speaking
professionally.
